The breaks off the beaches and surrounding shores provide everything from gentle learning waves to challenging, world-class peaks. Since this is the centre of surfing in Canada, there is potential out here to catch waves 365 days a year! Sport Charter Fishing: Referred to as Vancouver Island's premier Salmon & Halibut fishing destination, Ucluelet offers anglers of every level to fish world class fish every single day! Limits of Halibut, Chinook and Coho Salmon are not uncommon in these waters. Also come harvest Shell Fish including Dungeness Crab, Red Rock Crab, Clams, Oysters, Mussels and more!
